New Recipe #1.


Use a cantaloupe peeler and core out a zucchini after its been peeled. Sautee a half an onion and 3 cloves (little pieces) of garlic together. Add in zucchini. Bake bread crumbs until well done. Mix it all together with one egg. Add Italian seasoning and salt. Put mixture back into zucchini shells and add shredded cheese and tomatoes on top. Wrap in tin foil and bake for 20-30 minutes.
